On October 8, 2026, Rockstar revealed six of GTA 6’s radio stations and put a short preview of each on the game’s official music page. Rockstar says the game has the biggest and widest-ranging selection of in-game radio in the series, with stations from classic rock to talk radio, so these six are only part of the dial.

Podcasts and music on foot

For the first time in the series there are on-demand podcasts. Jason and Lucia can listen to the radio and podcasts in a vehicle and also on foot, through headphones and earbuds connected to their phones (fact in the registry). What else the phone does is in our article on the phone in GTA 6.

The six stations

Cocoteo FM

Cocoteo FM is Leonida’s home for modern Latin music: bachata, merengue, dembow and reggaeton. Rockstar sums it up as “el party que nunca se apaga”, the party that never switches off. The hosts are El Martillo and La Gata, voiced by Bad Bunny and the Puerto Rican singer RaiNao, according to the music press. In the preview: “EoO” by Bad Bunny, “Si Es Trucho Es Trucho (Remix)” by Axel Rulay featuring Farruko and El Alfa, and “Canalla” by Romeo Santos and El Chaval de la Bachata.

Back Country Radio

Back Country Radio plays renegade country to the Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn and beyond, with hosts MW and Delta Dawne. Its roving reporter Mud Dog Mike calls in from his airboat; Rockstar also describes him as a swamp meteorologist and Delta’s not-so-secret lover. Music outlets name the voices as Morgan Wallen, Lana Del Rey and her husband Jeremy Dufrene. In the preview: David Allan Coe, Loretta Lynn, and Hank Williams Jr. with Waylon Jennings.

AfroBank FM

AfroBank FM is hosted by Burna and Palmsy, who play African music from 20th-century classics and forgotten records to amapiano and 3-step. Rockstar’s line is “turn up the gbedu”, Nigerian slang for a beat. Burna Boy and the British producer Palms Trax voice the hosts, music outlets report. In the preview: “Joha” by Asake, “Gye Wani” by Pat Thomas featuring Ebo Taylor, and “Shay’sana” by DJ Lag and Robot Boii featuring Kamo Mphela.

The Chamber 106.6

The Chamber 106.6 is the metal station. DJ Kerry and DJ Tom play decades of metal anthems and, in Rockstar’s words, channel Leonida’s deep metal roots. Music outlets report they are Kerry King and Tom Araya of Slayer. In the preview: “I” by Black Sabbath, “I’m Broken” by Pantera and Slayer’s own “Raining Blood”.

Flash FM

Flash FM is back. Rockstar calls it “the Vice City institution”: the pop station was on the dial in GTA Vice City and Vice City Stories. The hosts are Robyn and Alex, the Swedish singer Robyn and the model Alex Consani, according to music outlets. In the preview: “Good Ones” by Charli xcx, “Electric Feel” by MGMT and “Midnight Sun (Girls Trip)” by Zara Larsson and PinkPantheress.

Dirty South Classics

Dirty South Classics plays regional rap and hip-hop classics with Trick and Trina. “From the beach to the block, nobody reps Leonida and the South like they do,” Rockstar says. Music outlets report the Miami rappers Trick Daddy and Trina voice them. In the preview: “Like A Pimp” by David Banner featuring Lil’ Flip, “Who Dat” by JT Money featuring Solé and “Born N Raised” by DJ Khaled featuring Trick Daddy, Rick Ross and Pitbull.

Who the hosts are

Rockstar’s own pages use only the hosts’ in-game names. The real voices come from music outlets such as Consequence, which list 13 performers across the six stations (fact in the registry). Several of them, including Lana Del Rey, RaiNao and Slayer’s Tom Araya and Kerry King, have talked about their roles in interviews.

Two more album singles

On the same day two more singles from GTA VI: The Album came out: “Suzuki” by the regional Mexican band Fuerza Regida and “Don’t Chart” by Cardi B. Rockstar’s music page now lists eight singles from the 34-song album, which comes out with the game on November 19 (more about the album).

What isn’t known yet

  • How many stations there are in total
  • Which of the album’s 34 songs play on which station
  • What the podcasts are and who hosts them
  • How the dynamic score works; Rockstar has promised details later

Each station has its own page in our music and radio database.
