What data we process

You can read the site without registering, and for that we neither request nor store your personal data. When you visit, the server automatically processes technical request data (IP address, browser type) in access logs; it’s used only to keep the site running and secure. When analytics is on, Yandex Metrica also receives data about your visit: see “Cookies” below.

Cookies

The site uses Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service by Yandex, to count visits and see which pages people read. In the English version, Metrica loads only after you choose “Allow” in the cookie banner; in the Russian version, it runs from the first visit and the site shows a notice. Metrica stores cookies whose names start with _ym and sends Yandex the addresses of the pages you view, the page you came from, clicks on the page, links you follow, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. Session recording (Webvisor) is off. You can change your choice below or block cookies for this site in your browser settings.

Technical cookies may be used only for the editors’ admin panel.

Site materials link to primary sources: the official Rockstar Games website, YouTube and other platforms. When you follow these links, the privacy policies of those services apply. Embedded videos load in youtube-nocookie mode, without advertising cookies until playback.
