Rockstar describes Mount Kalaga as a national landmark up against the state’s northern border, with prime hunting, fishing and off-road trails. In the thick backwoods around it, hillbilly mystics and paranoid radicals live well away from the government.
The Ultimate Edition’s ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy is made for these backwoods. Official screenshots show a helicopter over the hills, two men with rifles in the woods, a canyon highway, wildlife at a stream and a kayaker under an old iron bridge.
