IGN lists kayaking among the activities seen at Rockstar North. The Ultimate Edition includes a Crest kayak among Jason’s safehouse vehicles, and Rockstar pitches it for soaking up the sun.
Official screenshots show kayaks in two places: a paddler on a river under an old iron bridge in Mount Kalaga National Park, and Jason paddling in the Keys.
