Jason’s house in the Leonida Keys

The house where the game starts: Brian Heder lets Jason live there rent-free as long as Jason helps collect money around the area.

What we know

Rockstar’s description of Brian Heder says he lets Jason live rent-free in one of his houses as long as Jason helps collect money around the area. Rob Nelson told Famitsu that the game begins in the Leonida Keys, where Jason has his first house.

The Ultimate Edition screenshot of Jason’s safehouse vehicles shows a weathered wooden house on stilts by the water, with a pickup, an army-green Dinka Enduro motorcycle and a Crest kayak outside.

Safehouses in GTA 6 change from chapter to chapter, like the camps in Red Dead Redemption 2, so Jason may not stay here for the whole story. Early on, the garage fits three vehicles.
