Rockstar publishes the countries where GTA 6 can be pre-ordered, store by store, on its support site. The page was last updated on June 26, 2026, and we checked it again on October 8: the lists hadn’t changed. They name 62 countries for the PlayStation Store, 39 for the Xbox Store and 30 for the Rockstar Store, 65 different countries in all (fact in the registry).
The short version
- 26 countries are on all three stores, from the United States and Canada to Japan and South Africa.
- Every country on the Xbox Store list is also on the PlayStation Store list, so the PlayStation Store covers the widest area.
- Latvia, Liechtenstein and Lithuania are on the Rockstar Store list only.
- Of the former Soviet republics, only Ukraine, Latvia and Lithuania are listed (fact in the registry). Russia is on none of the lists.

If your country isn’t listed
Rockstar says GTA 6 will be made available in more countries as platform policies, regional regulations and age ratings allow, so the lists can grow (open question). Until then, check the store of your own account’s region before you pay: Sony says an account’s country can’t be changed after the account is created, and PlayStation codes work only in their region, while Xbox codes for GTA 6 aren’t region-locked (Xbox codes, PlayStation accounts).
Rockstar also says you can pre-order at select retailers and third-party storefronts where the game is sold in your country, and the physical version is a box with a download code, not a disc (Will GTA 6 come on a disc?). For checking a seller, see our guide to pre-ordering safely; the editions and bonuses are in editions and pre-orders.
