Robberies

Stores, businesses and banks can be robbed alone or as a couple. Explosives open a safe fast but damage the loot, and stolen goods go to a fence.

What we know

Robberies are one of the main ways to make money, and doing one together counts toward Jason and Lucia’s relationship. Greed versus speed decides the job: explosives open a safe quickly but damage what’s inside, while searching the place for the combination pays more but gives the police time to arrive. The police may wait outside, so many places have a back way out. Stolen goods go to a fence (IGN).

Rob Nelson told Famitsu that you can slip in with a lock pick and switch off cameras and alarms; forcing a door sets off the alarm. Kinda Funny adds that you can take a store’s camera footage after the robbery.

What happens when the police get involved: the wanted system.
