What we know

Rockstar paints Port Gellhorn as a once-popular vacation spot the tourists have left behind: cheap motels, shut-down attractions and empty strip malls. Something else has grown in their place, an economy fueled, in Rockstar’s words, by malt liquor, painkillers and truck stop energy drinks.

The description suggests getting around on a dirt bike and keeping a hand on your wallet. Official screenshots show a night party around a bonfire, a deal passed through a car window and Delights, a cabaret club by the road.
