In a Launch Gallery screenshot from November 5, 2026, a giant tire with the words “Ricardo Tires” sits on top of a neon “GAS” sign. Below it is a gas station canopy lit with a red neon strip, a few cars in the lot and people on bikes, with the downtown towers of Vice City behind. Rockstar’s file name puts the shot in Vice City; the district isn’t named.
Rockstar hasn’t said whether you can fill up, change tires or do anything else there.
