Sony is releasing two GTA VI DualSense controllers on November 19, the same day as the game: the Black Limited Edition and the White Limited Edition. Sony Interactive Entertainment and Rockstar announced them on the PlayStation Blog on September 3.
What they look like
Both have a color-shifting finish, palm tree details molded into the body and GTA VI branding. Inside they are regular DualSense controllers with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers.

How pre-orders went
Pre-orders opened on September 10 at direct.playstation.com and at retailers: at 7 a.m. Pacific in the US and at 10 a.m. local time in Europe. According to GTAVice.net, PlayStation Direct in the US put buyers in a waiting room, and stock in the UK and the EU ran out quickly. Resellers listed the controllers on eBay for about $150, and PlayStation then limited orders to one controller per account.
On September 11, the black and white controllers were still available on PlayStation Direct in the US, and the white one at Amazon, Target, Walmart and GameStop.
