What we know

According to Rockstar, this mod shop in Lake Leonida specializes in off-road modifications and hand-painted automotive artistry. Lake Leonida hasn’t appeared on an official map yet, so its region is unknown.

Like the other Ultimate Edition shops, it is open for business only if you own the Ultimate Edition or buy the Ultimate Edition Upgrade, which Standard Edition owners can add at any time.

The screenshots show a bright green off-road truck with painted graphics and a Canis badge on the grille, first in a studio shot and then in a cluttered workshop where mechanics work on the engine and wheels. In GTA 5, Canis is a brand of off-road vehicles.
